		Whole pasteurized cow milk, in a 1/2 liter carton

			EL BADIA DEMI-ECREME
		Semi-skimmed pasteurized cow milk, 1.5 percent fat, in a 1/2 liter carton

	EL MEDINA
		A blend of fresh pasteurized camel milk (65%) and cow milk (35%) in a 1/2 liter carton

		DOUNIA
		Long shelf-life, UHT cow milk, made only from fresh cow milk, in a 1/4 liter carton

L'OASIS

Thick cultured cream ("crème fraîche") in 10 cl and 20 cl plastic cups

			Yoghourt
		Fresh yoghourt, in a 12.5 cl plastic cup, aluminium sealed top, plain and 6 flavours

TAMOURT

Plain smooth cottage cheese, in a 12 cl plastic cup, aluminium sealed top

The same with a home-made date preserve
